How a GRP Septic Tank Works ?

A GRP septic tank provides primary wastewater treatment through a three-stage natural process:
 

Stage 1 — Inlet & Separation Wastewater flows from the property into the septic tank through the inlet pipe. Inside the tank, heavy solids settle to the bottom forming a sludge layer, while lighter fats and grease float to the surface forming a scum layer — leaving relatively clarified liquid effluent in the middle zone.
